Servo Motor Information

The servo motors are
manufactured to our specifications by Globe Motors. They have 0.25” diameter,
flatted, shafts fitted with 500 line HEDS encoders. Rating is 1.75 amps at 30
volts DC, with 20 oz-in continuous torque at 2800 rpm. Stall torque is 170 oz-in. The power connections are 3/16
quick connect terminals. Encoder connection is
simplified with the locking pigtail connector assembly and S-video cabling. The motors are fitted with a timing
belt reduction assembly. The assembly is a black enclosed box, with NEMA 23
stepper motor mounting holes, a 0.25” flatted shaft, and a shaft extension
for the handwheel. The reduction is 2.8:1,
resulting in an output shaft speed of 1000 rpm, Rated torque 60 oz-in Stall torque 500 oz-in |
